John Haller is the President of Compass Financial Group and has been in the investment industry for over 20 years. He graduated from Augustana College with a degree in business and has gone on to earn his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant™ (ChFC®),    

Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ (CRPC®), Accredited Wealth Management Advisor™  (AWMA™)   certifications, is a Chartered Life Underwriter, has passed the FINRA Series 7 and 66 exams, and is licensed in Life, Health, and Accident Insurance. 

Jesse Haller is a partner and co-founder of Compass Financial Group.  He has worked in the financial services industry since 2002, excluding a one year combat tour in Afghanistan.  He has a degree in Business Economics from South Dakota State University and has gone on to earn his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant™ (ChFC®), and Retirement Income Certified Professional™ (RICP®) designations. Jesse has also passed the FINRA Series 7 and 66 exams, and holds Life, Accident, and Health Insurance Licenses.  Jesse is a Dave Ramsey SmartVestor. 

  Jasen Haller is a partner and adviser at Compass Financial Group. Jasen took the first five years, after college, and served in Afghanistan for a year then put his wife through medical school at Mayo Clinic for another four. Family and an incredible opportunity to serve others pulled them back to Sioux Falls. Jasen has earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and Chartered Financial Consultant™ (ChFC®) certifications, has passed the FINRA Series 7 and 66 exams and holds Life, Accident, and Health Insurance Licenses. Jasen is a Dave Ramsey SmartVestor.
